Client Challenge
The property management company in Riyadh was looking to expand its home fire safety product range to meet growing residential market demand in Saudi Arabia. Previous suppliers had issues with:
- Inconsistent product quality between batches
- Missing EN14604 / CB certification documentation
- Long lead times (60+ days) causing stock-outs
- Limited APP localization — English-only interface unsuitable for Saudi Arabia consumers
Wanlin's Solution
Wanlin assigned a dedicated export account manager to the Riyadh client and provided:
1. Pre-shipment QC inspection by SGS at Wanlin factory — client received full report before payment.
2. Complete EN14604 / CB documentation package — accepted by Saudi Arabia customs on first submission.
3. Customized packaging with Saudi Arabia language instructions and local compliance marks.
4. 5-week delivery via sea freight (FCL) + DHL air for urgent replenishment orders.
5. English + local-language APP — reducing customer support burden for the Riyadh client.
Results After 6 Months
- Zero quality-related returns from end consumers in Saudi Arabia
- 97% repeat purchase rate among end users who registered the APP
- Client expanded from 1 SKU to 4 Wanlin product lines
- Second order placed within 3 months — quantity increased by 71%
- Achieved ISO 9001 factory audit acceptance by Saudi Arabia insurance partner
